Mam Tor & the Great Ridge | Peak District
This was a simple Peak District walk from Castleton up to Mam Tor via the old broken road and along the Great Ridge to Lose Hill. I hiked up from the steps at Mam Nick car park and headed down from the path at Hollins Cross.
I didn’t really feel like talking on this walk, still preoccupied with upsetting events from the past year, but this definitely helped me find the space I needed to work through some of it. There’s no map at the end for this one, it's such a well known walk there's no need!
