Loopy Luc - in a phunk | funky live looping with headrushfx
Loopy Luc is another one of my musical alter egos. I love the freedom of looping, starting from a bass line you can build up a whole groove in a matter of minutes. Playing funk guitar was the best thing that ever happened to me in many ways, I just love the syncopation and down right funkyness of it.
The headrush looperboard has great effects as well as being the best looper I've ever used. I wish they would sponsor me hint hint @HeadRushFX
The roland T-8 is a super portable drum sequencer with decent sounds and it takes care of the beats here. Again not sponsored :(
My guitar is a custom made hollow body with seymour duncan pickups. I use the Fender princeton amp for monitoring but I record directly out of the loop station.
I have been playing guitar for over 30 years in bands and solo as a singer songwriter and last year decided to concentrate my efforts here on youtube.
