COD2 SP | Operation Pomegranate - Battle in the Bocage
Here's another recently released "COD2 SP" custom map, called "Operation Pomegranate - Battle in the Bocage". This map was originally called "Noyers Assault", with the player being an American soldier. However, in this new version, the player is now a British soldier. I'm glad that the author made this choice, because there aren't many custom maps/mappacks where the player is a British soldier.
I liked the intro sequence, since it reminded me of some of the original game's maps. The first half of this map is the player fighting the Germans by himself, and the player is supported by 2 British friends in the second half of the map. The objectives are the usual: stealing documents, eliminating flak gun crews and eliminating mortar crews. It's a bit difficult, but not by much. Overall, this is a nice but short map.

Some notes:
1. The purpose of this "COD2" video is for entertainment only.
2. This video is in HD! If you have a good Internet connection, then you can watch HD mode for this video by clicking "settings" at the bottom of the video player, and changing it to 720p or 1080p.
3. This custom map was released in May of 2018.
4. This custom map requires the "Back2Fronts Mod" in order to play.
