Ingredients:
150g milk
1 packet of dried yeast (11g) or 15g fresh yeast
80g sugar
500g all-purpose flour (T45)
A pinch of salt
3 whole eggs
150g butter
150g chocolate chips
For the egg wash:
1 egg yolk
White vinegar
Milk
