A process film - to me - is something both outside of traditional media but familiar to content that exists in some mainstream formats. It's not a vlog. It's not a film. But it's an honest, intentionally composed and manufactured tool to help process a particular emotion or experience that the creator is going through while trying to adhere to the boundaries of looking "cinematic". (Whatever that means)
