Keto Ube Cheese Moist Cake Bars with Butter Icing

Cake:
Ube powder 15g
Almond flour 20g
Coconut flour 20g
Sweetener 2tbsp (stevia erythritol blend powder)
Xanthan gum 1/2tsp
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Heavy Cream 1/4cup
Unsalted butter 30g
Coconut oil 1tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Ube flavoring 1/2tsp
Egg medium 1pc
Butter Cheese icing:
Unsalted butter 80g
Cheddar cheese grated 50g
Edam cheese grated 15g
Sweetener 2tbsp (stevia erythritol blend powder)
Vanilla extract 1/4tsp
