This tutorial will cover how to use the Trace Bitmap function. To demonstrate this, we will find an image of Jeffery Lebowski (a.k.a. "The Dude") from The Big Lebowski and put him into a propaganda poster similar to the Obama HOPE poster. GIMP is also used in this tutorial to edit the image of The Dude before using it in Inkscape.
