CREAMY AND MOIST CORN CAKE
RECIPE FOR MOIST CORN CAKE
INGREDIENTS
🔹200g of sweet corn (I used canned, without the liquid).
🔹195g of coconut milk
🔹80g of cornmeal
🔹395g of condensed milk
🔹80g of sugar
🔹3 whole eggs
🔹80g of margarine
🔹15 grams of baking powder
🔹12 grams of grated cheese.
PREPARATION METHOD IN THE VIDEO.
🔹 Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
The recipe yields one 22x10cm pan.
