Cisco SD-WAN provide this feature from ios xe version 17.6.1a and manager version 20.6.1, at service side VPN, but if you want to configure etherchannel at transport site you need higher version: ios xe version 17.13.1 and manager version 20.13.1
Cisco SD-WAN Etherchannel support 2 modes: LACP and static mode, and need 2 prerequisites configuration:
All ports in EtherChannel must be of the same speed.
All ports must be configured on Layer 3 ports.
This prerequisite is resquested to transport and service site etherchannel configuration.
