Home Renovation Vlog - Weeks 5 & 6 - Choosing Paint, Carpet Removal, Popcorn Ceiling & Sanding

♡Hey Everyone! Wow! What a difference a little bit of drywall makes, am I right?! In this vlog, we get to see our finished drywall work downstairs and work on removing the last bit of that awful popcorn ceiling! I also finish up the wallpaper, thank goodness. We've picked our paint colors for the whole house and I'll reveal them soon, with links, of course! I think my favorite part of this whole process so far has been learning how to do things that I never thought I would be capable of and seeing all of our hard work start to come together. Over the next few weeks, you are going to see some MAJOR changes. I think the house will really start to take shape once we get the carpet put in upstairs, get a good coat of paint on things and hopefully get our floors down!

This channel was created simply for fun. As a twenty-something girl, fear of failure holds many people like me back from trying new things. I find myself day dreaming about things I'd like to do, but the thought of failing always makes my heart sink. Society has lead us to believe that failing at something is the end of the world, and I'd like to believe that it's actually just the beginning of a world where failure is nothing more than a lesson learned. I am going to practice living life unapologetically and not overthinking every little thing. I want to free myself from all of the expectations that I feel to have it all together.
