The Millennials Have Taken Over And Are Exploiting Tricknology (Drone Flight)

This came as a bit of a surprise. My homeowner's insurance company has now partnered with a drone surveillance company called Bees360. Bees360 hires a bunch of licensed drone operators and has them fly drones around people's properties to inspect. Mainly the inspection is of the roof, but can include tree limbs overhanging the house and other things that could be liabilities.
I have heard that some companies are stricter than others and also include ground inspections, even down to taking pictures of problem areas like peeling paint, and refusing to renew the policy for the next year unless corrections are made. This was strictly a drone flight, plus some pictures on the ground of the house from afar. The drone did not record video of this flight, it was only to take pictures, and 8 were taken, in each cardinal direction.
I have heard that many have gone and switched homeowner's insurance companies to try to dodge this, feeling that it is an invasion of privacy, but the writing is on the wall. If this hasn't happened to you yet, it likely will in the coming years.
