Juji Garami is a technique rarely seen in other martial arts. Some styles of Japanese Jujutsu make use of this waza. In Aikido, it is an increasingly rare technique to be seen in training and demonstrations, however, despite not being a basic technique, like Ikkyo, Shiho Nage and Irimi Nage, it is a classic movement of our art.
In the video, I explore what in my view is the simplest way to apply this technique, as well as some possible variations I use in my practice.
