China - Nobody Knows Anything - F7
After months of adamant opinions over will Beijing or will they not issue stimulus, we have an answer. And no sooner was the chop dry that the professionals were at it again claiming this wasn't enough or this was the spark to ignite the next bull run. We are a bit more calm as the stimulus reveals two important (and contradictory) facts: The economy continues to struggle and investors were looking for a reason to buy into an oversold market. We recommend caution, strong A-Share companies and diversification through fixed income. The same recommendation that we've been giving for years.
