A Cold Wild Camp
This week we’re back out in the Peak District!
I head out with the wife, Rodders, and Walter for a proper cold-weather wild camp. Temperatures dropped to around 0°C, but we came fully prepared to put some new gear to the test.

Bestway Sleep Pad (R-Value 7.6) – Surprisingly affordable, but is it actually warm enough for freezing conditions?
OEX EV 400 4-Season Sleeping Bag – I’ve heard very mixed reviews about this one, so we put it through a real-world cold-weather trial to see how it truly performs.
We enjoy a stunning night in the Peaks, tackle the cold, and as a bonus…
