"This project aims to fix most of those issues and offer a better gaming, streaming, and content creation experience out of the box.More importantly, we want to be more point and click friendly, and avoid the basic user from having to open the terminal".

yum is the primary tool for getting, installing, deleting, querying, and managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux RPM software packages from official Red Hat software repositories, as well as other third-party repositories. yum is used in Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 5 and later.Aug 10, 2022

Nobara worked for me just as well as I suspected it would. To tell the truth, I am ready to get back on the Fedora. I would recommend Nobara for the person who is interested in Fedora and wants things to (mostly) just work. Without the 'DIY' aspect of Fedora.
For me personally, since I am not a modern day gamer by no means of the imagination does not hold that appeal. However the creator side of my use case could & will supply everything needed to do that.
I still haven't figured why they recommend not using the OBS-Studio as a flatpak. As you saw, it did work and I saw no problems with it. Again, gaming may provide a different story.
So... yes, give Nobara a try. If for no another reason to see how it could work for you.
I'll be looking @ https://risi.io/ for my next Fedora based distro.

Thanks for watching
Archin' on!
