Shadowrun 5e - Guide for GMs
Shadowrun is oddly enough an easier game to run when you don't have a balanced party. In fact, the complexity of Shadowrun allows similar archetype characters to still stand out from one another.
So if you're not used to designing encounters for same class parties, Shadowrun is a good game to practice it in.
