Blue Ridge Scenic Train
This morning, Michael woke me up bright and early to take me on a surprise trip. He knows how much I love trains! So he surprised me with a 4-hour excursion between Blue Ridge, Ga and McCaysville Ga & Copperhill, Tn. Though the weather was rainy, it was still a beautiful day. During our 2 hour layover, we enjoyed lunch at the Copper Basin and they had a great burger! Then we headed over to Buck Bald Brewing for a pint! I'm not a huge beer fan, so I was shocked to find one I liked. They said it was classified as a sour? We had time to shop a couple of shops before re-boarding to head back to Blue Ridge! My Favorite was Copper Mine Candle Co. After burning their homemade candles, you use the melted candle as a hand lotion! No waste! It was such a long day, but I had so much fun! I can't wait to go back!
