Splines, paths, NURBS curves, bezier curves, and more can be exported from Blender and imported into ThreeJS. This functionality is not currently standard, and requires a free Blender Add-on. Together we can use the "Export Vertices to JSON" add-on and import a spline to ThreeJS.
