Managing Space permissions in Confluence is a rather frustrating thing... but a recent update is going to change all of that!
Now available in Beta Space admins can use Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to determine what access someone gets. Basically this means that instead of ticking a bunch of little boxes you instead choose a role - like "Creator" - for someone and that assigns them access.
This will make Admins lives A LOT EASIER!
This rollout also includes some NEW permissions - like "edit content" - that will give us the ability to fine-tune access.
Even better - you can create custom roles for your organization that provide specific, granular access.
Definitely worth checking out if you use Confluence!
