I know there's no crystal ball that determines the future.

Especially around innovation.

But from what I can tell, Adobe is going to rule across the metaverse.

Have you heard of Adobe Substance 3D?

And what does this have to do with Adobe Analytics?

In today’s quicktake, I will discuss what Adobe is doing to capture engagement across the metaverse and every other digital channel to win at the personalization game.

Over the past decade, I've helped dozens of companies better understand Adobe technology and project delivery. Along the way I've had the opportunity to see a lot of what works and a lot of what doesn't. My goal is simply to share with YOU what I've learned. And I hope that gives you back a little sanity in your day.

Over the last year, you've heard a ton around the metaverse and Adobe is really putting a foot forward in innovating in this area. Especially around their analytics platform, so let me explain.

Okay. So although there has been a lot of development in the metaverse, we're still far off from the future realization of really what it can bring in the innovation of it.

But that's not stopping Adobe from innovating and capturing this space. So you may have already heard of a product called Adobe Substance 3D, which is Adobe's creative platform for creating 3D experiences for the metaverse.

What's cool about this product is that there is an ability to integrate engagement metrics that then could be brought over into Adobe analytics. Giving an end-to-end of capturing personalization and measurement data in the metaverse.

Okay. Okay. I know that that was a mouthful and it's kind of hard to wrap your head around this. But Adobe recently announced a couple of enhancements to their analytics platform.

We know that over the last year or so that they've been rearchitecting, their analytics platform from the bottom up. And the key to that is to be able to consume intent and engagement data across all different types of channels and new emerging channels like say a car connected device or voice control things like an alexa.

So as this innovation continues, the goal here is to be able to consume engagement data out of 3D objects and immersive experiences across not only just one metaverse, but multiple metaverses, and then be able to aggregate that data against other online and offline channels already being consumed. To then output an extremely dynamic and personalized experience across any of those channels you want to use. So for me, this is a really innovative long-term play that adobe has committed to.

I know there's no crystal ball that determines the future, especially around innovation. But from what I can tell adobe is going to be a strong leader in this space and it's worth keeping an eye on them as the years progress and innovation also matures. 📍
