Fake Intel i9 CPU Saga Part 2
In the previous video • Counterfeit Intel i9 CPU we talked about fake CPUs. I had received two non-working i9 Intel processors. I settled the issue with the company and got a refund. Now it was time to buy a new processor. How to spot a fake processor? How to avoid another counterfeit processor? This video will show you the tools that I used to call out the first two fakes bought from one company and then the 3rd working but definitely not new and not boxed processor. This follows the saga of me trying to build my new computer. In my over 20 years I have never seen anything like this. With the prices of CPUs going up it is important that you know that you are buying the real thing and not a knock off. If you have any questions let me know.

The second tool allows you to validate a installed working processor

The 3rd tool can be downloaded to your phone and it can scan your processor to make sure it is real. Something like this will be used if you have to send your CPU in to intel
