This is a part of the series on moving WIndows 7 to a new computer. The previous videos talked about sysprep and how to prepare your computer to do be moved. This part shows how it works when that prepped drive is installed on a new computer (new hardware). The main reason for doing this is there seems to be no way to clear the hardware for moving your computer. The cause of the Win 7b BSOD is that windows has setup an SATA controller and a lot of new computers have replaced the SATA with AHCI. If you move a windows installation from SATA to AHCI or if you change the setting in the BIOS, Windows will not boot.
