In this video I share a lovely way to preserve your lemons when you've got a bumper crop and won't get to use them all in time.
If you don't have a dehydrator you can get similar results simply by leaving them in the sun!
Dehydrated lemons can be used to make incredibly flavoursome tea, or added into recipes for a lemony zing. They also make a great gift idea!
