Unity - Shadergraph - Custom colour Shader (HDRP)
Uses the RGB values in an image to make a custom colour swap effect.
Created using Unity 2019.4 - HDRP setup.
You can download the package here, it may need manually converted if using URP, will require the Shader Graph package to make edits.
