Avram Gonzales: Hey friends, welcome back to the Babies and Business Podcast. We're excited to share with you something today. If there is an episode that you ever wanted to see the show notes. It's definitely this one.
Rachel Gonzales: Yes, please do not listen to this in your car, pulling this up on your screen, watching it while you're driving, at a light, stopped at a light, something like that, we are not condoning that, do not do that.
Sit on your couch, sit in your office, wherever you are, but do look at the show notes, pull up these pictures because it will be very helpful. We're going to do our best to describe it, but it's not the same as looking at them.
Avram Gonzales: Yeah. The reason that this episode is all pumped up today is because at the beginning of our relationship, when we first started in business together, this tool that we're going to bring you through the Clifton StrengthsFinder has been instrumental for us to carve out roles for each other in the business that work effectively and powerfully.
It's also lent to more ease and harmony in our personal relationship, our marriage with each other and it's extending its way into our team dynamics and retention. There's a lot to unpack here with the CliftonStrengths Finder. And our goal in today's episode is by showing you what happened and occurred with us, telling you some of the stories and things that have benefited from this tool, that you might be inspired to try it or something similar that would help aid in your business. So I know when I first was described this, by a coach, they pretty much just said, look, you got to do it. We're like, okay, fine. It's 50 bucks. Like, we're just going to do it, whatever. It's not that much money. But at the same time, I've talked to people about this and they've been like, well, I'm not sure I want to spend the money, but I couldn't like show them my thing.
Look, we're going to show you the thing. You can make a decision for yourself, but you'll see how powerful this is. And I think that the stories that we're going to tell you, you can be like, look.
Rachel Gonzales: Me and my husband, me and my wife, we got to do this thing. Even if we're not doing business together, I think we could benefit here.
Absolutely. Gosh, this tool was so helpful for me personally, getting to know myself. also the unique thing about this test is that out of all those other tests that you can take, every other test tells you. What you aren't good at, what you're, what your least likely thing to do is, or you, you hate to do this, or you hate to do that, or you're not good at this, or you're not good at that.
