Veal with PUMPKIN is the most FRAGRANT RECIPE!
Hello folks! Today I'm cooking a simple and delicious dish of veal and pumpkin. So, the method of preparation:
~ 500 grams of veal meat, trim the fat, but do not throw it away. We make incisions and lubricate with adjika (you can use hot sauce). Next, cut the fat into small pieces. We also cut two onions and two pieces of pumpkin. Spices and use to taste. I used red ground pepper, paprika, pepper, salt and seasonings from herbs that grow in the mountains (bought a couple of years ago from monks).
We lay the parchment on a baking sheet with a thick layer. Spread the fat, onion, pumpkin and spices. Put the meat on top and add the pumpkin onion and spices on top again. We wrap everything well in parchment and put it in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at a temperature of 190 degrees.
After cooking, we put everything on a large dish so that the juice does not spill. Enjoy your meal!
