Guinea Fowl Imprinting. I know that the general consencus is that guinea fowl cannot be trained. But these guineas have imprinted on us and they stay where every we are. I can pick them up with one hand, I can pet them, and they will drink water out of my hand. As soon as I call them and they realize I am walking away, they come quickly in a panic like I am leaving them. This here is an impromptu video I took during a quick water break. We were cutting down trees and started to get a little nervous with how up close they insisted on being, so it was time to send them to their run.
