Autel X-Star Drone Case -- Part #2 --Microraptor -- Full Test & Review
Ok guys here it is; the full, deep dive Microraptor Pro Case test & review for the X-Star and X-Star Premium Drone.
We perform the Fat Boy Pressure test, then we take it to the tub for some water fun. and finally we take a look at it's features and shortcomings.
Pros:
Strong; very strong.
Blade storage in the lid foam.
Optional key locking latches.
Heavy duty hinges, for both the lid and handles.
Water Tight -- IP67
Segmented left hand compartment.
Foam insert can be moved into one of their backpack cases.
Large, easy rolling case wheels.
Retractable rolling handle.
Cons:
Very little horizontal (Done Landing Gear side) protection (1/4" foam)
No pressure equalization valve for high altitude flights.
Rotor dowels do not work (that may be corrected in the future)
Do I recommend shelling out 200 bucks for this case, well you'll have to watch the video to find out. :-)
