Puff pastry rolls on kefir
Surprisingly delicious puff buns on kefir. I really like the dough on kefir, it is easy to prepare, the products from it are delicious. Kefir can be replaced with any fermented milk product, yogurt, matzoni, yogurt. kefir gives the dough a barely noticeable sourness, which improves the taste of buns.
