Erin Ridgeway - Quality Care, From the First Moment
Erin Ridgeway joined WNH in 2015 as a brand-new nurse. Since then, she's helped welcome hundreds of new babies to the world and has built a one-of-a-kind relationship with her fellow labor & delivery nurses.
"I've always lived rural and I really like the rural aspect of care. Being able to take care of my family, my friends, seeing people out in the community that I've taken care of is really important to me. [...] I've learned so much and now I'm able to help other people who are younger than me or newer nurses than me do the same. I'm still learning every day and I think this is a great place to promote that."
