Harley Finney joined Team WNH in 2022. As a registered nurse on our Med/Surg unit, she prioritizes meaningful relationships with her co-workers and patients, and takes pride in caring for her community.
"It's a great environment, and it is so fun to work here. You know everybody, and everybody knows you and we always have each other's backs. [...] You're known by the name. You're not known by a number. I chose the rural hospital just for the small town. I am personally from a very small town, so I wanted to keep giving back to a rural community."
