How to spend Sunday?
On Sunday, we shouldn't just stand in church for two or three hours or a little more, absentmindedly, and then come home and completely forget where we were and what the day was all about. At the end of the Liturgy, the words are sung: "I will teach Thy righteousness all day long." May God grant that we may spend the entire Sunday studying God's righteousness: sit down and read the Holy Scriptures, stretch our prayer rope, pray, receive someone (maybe someone will drop by) and feed them, comfort someone with a kind word. Today, perhaps we need to make peace with someone. Perhaps we need to visit a sick person. Perhaps we need to bring alms to orphans or an elderly woman. There are so many good deeds we can do!
