For the last 13 years I've had a complicated relationship with my skin. Acne, breakouts, scars, inflammation... You name it. Especially as a teenager with skin problems, my self-esteem really took a hit. 13 years later, as a 26 year old, I reflect on the last decade and what I've learned.
