High Altitude FX-61 Phantom FPV Test Flight 2
This time I try going 3 miles / 5km and some high altitude flying with the Phantom! Stock PNF version with only the prop switched out to an APC 9x6.
This flight took place 32km / 20 miles away from the nearest airport and out of the way of commercial full scale flight paths. Pretty much the middle of nowhere. I would never try flying this high closer to populated areas and/or airports. A fail safe equipped OSD (with return to home capability) was also used for increased safety.
