Hello everyone, in this recipe I am showing you how to cook Turkish rice (Pilav) step by step.
In Turkey this rice is called Pilav. Pilav is actually so easy to cook. Only thing you need to do is following all the steps to cook Turkish rice exactly like Turkish people.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Of White Rice (White long rice or you can buy Turkish rice from Turkish store)
1/3 Cup Of Orzo (You can find in the pasta section at the store)
2 Tbsp Of Butter
2 Cup Of Boiled Water
2 Tsp Of Salt
Icindekiler:
1 Cup Pirinç (Amerika da kullandigim beyaz uzun pirinç olarak geciyor veya Turk marketlerinden alabileceğiniz Turk pirinci)
1/3 Cup Orzo
2 Yemek Kaşığı Tereyağı
2 Cup Kaynamış Su
2 Cay Kasigi Tuz
