Hello everyone, today I have another Turkish recipe for you. This food is called as `Mucver`. There is actually two way to cook this food but today I am showing you how to cook in the oven. The other way of cooking is frying which I will show you in another video.
Mucver has different vegetables in it but the main one is zucchini. There are different types of Mucver which is made from different vegetables like spinach. This one that i am showing you is my favorite!

Ingredients:
3 Zuccini (Grated)
2 Carrot (Grated)
3 Green Onion
Half Bunch Of Dill
2 Beaten Egg
1 Tsp Of Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Of Flour (Brimful)
3 Tbsp Of Ricotta Cheese (you can use any or no cheese and any amount)
Salt, Pepper
