Spinach Borek (Spinach Pastry)
Hey everyone, I have another Turkish recipe which is called ` Spinach Borek ` (Spinach Pastry). Also, same type of recipe is making in Greece and known as Spanakopita.
Borek can be making with any type of ingredients like vegetables and meats. Spanakopita, as I know, is making with spinach, feta cheese and onion. They are almost the same but today I am going to show you how I am making my own Spinach Borek at home.

Ingredients:
1 Bunch Of Spinach
4 - 5 Green Onion
250 Gram Feta Cheese
3 Tbsp Of Olive Oil (1 tbsp for sauce, 2 tbsp for cooking)
1 Tbsp Of Yogurt
1 Tsp Of Salt & Pepper
1/4 Tsp Of Red Pepper (not necessary)
Half Of 1 Rolls Phyllo Dough
