Merrill's 401K fund performance view could be converted from text to graphic for quicker understanding.
This is because users would like to spend the least amount of time possible to understand the performance of any 401K fund. Using text or table view is good, but adding a graphical interpretation of the performance overview is great.
If a user can't quickly understand the performance of their 401K fund in 4.5 seconds, then an alternate or complementary view has to be provided.
