How to install as of PATCH 7.13:
Search for a folder called 0.0.1.109 inside your league root folder. After, go down this file path. DATA\Sounds\Wwise\VO\en_US\Shared
You'll see a file called, "Announcer_Global_Female1_VO_audio" Create a backup folder and cut the file I mentioned and paste it into the back up folder. After, just take the file you downloaded inside my archive and drop it where the original used to be. You're done. Make sure to restart your client incase any changes need to go through.
Now go stomp sum gitz for gork.
NOTE: It's a bit quiet, here are my audio settings so it sounds louder:
