Trigger finger can be caused from injury to the forearm on either side. It will cause your g=fingers to become stiff and get stuck into flexion. It is important to go and see a physio who is able to do dry needling to help release the forearm and improve your finger function. you will also be given stretches to do which you can use to help improve the problem yourself. Don't leave it.
