Slotting 4140 at 150 ipm
Move up to 6800 rpm and 150 ipm in 4140. fireworks on the right end is from the material on the thin wall pushing out of the way, cutter was unharmed. This is the same endmill from the 100 ipm video. This is just abusive testing, I would not run production at this level
