The Tyrants and Plebeians Flans Mod TDM Server for Minecraft 1.7.10 has been restored and unlike the last time TDM was revived, survival is not broken. BOTH servers are online at the same time, hence this is truly the Tyrants and Plebeians Unified mod pack!
