Dr. Stefan Wolle:
Born in 1950, studied History at Humboldt University in Berlin, expulsion in 1972 for political reasons, worked in a production plant, 1976-89 employee of the Academy of Sciences of the GDR, 1984 promotion, 1990 employee of the Committee for the Dissolution of the Ministry of State Security, 1991-1996 Assistant at Humboldt University, 1996-1998 fellow of the German Research Foundation, 1998-2000 advisor at the Federal Foundation for the Study of the Communist Dictatorship in Eastern Germany, following this an independent author, temporary employee in the Research Association on the SED-State at the Free University in Berlin, the academic leader of the DDR Museum since 2005.
