What is Quantum Entanglement?
Quantum entanglement, is a phenomena, in which two or more particles associate with one another, in such a way, that their states are always connected, no matter how far apart they are.

For instance, let's use the names Particle A, and Particle B, to represent two entangled particles. If one particle is showing a certain characteristic such as, polarisation, or spinning, then the particle entangled with it shows related behaviour. Regardless of how far apart particles A, and B, are from each other, if a property of Particle A is measured, then the measurement result of Particle B becomes instantly related.

The entanglement persists even when the particles are separated by great distances, which is phenominal. It appears as though they are connected in some way that enables instantaneous communication and state synchronisation.

Here is an example: Consider two coins that are entangled together. If you flip one of the coins and it lands on heads, the other coin will always land on tails when flipped, and vice versa. The states of the coins are always connected, whether they are placed next to one another or thousands of light-years of distance appart.

Quantum entanglement is a fundamental concept in quantum mechanics and has been experimentally observed. It has incredible potential for quantum computing and quantum communication, which use the entanglement of particles for parallel calculations and secure transmission.

Although the exact principles underlying quantum entanglement are still being investigated and debated, its peculiar and counterintuitive character is an intriguing component of quantum physics.
