How to Feel the Apnea in Hypopressives (Pelvic Floor Exercises)
In this video, we learn how to feel the apnea in hypopressives.
Did you try the hypopressive exercises demonstrated in our previous videos and fail to achieve any stomach vacuum? I was contacted by a viewer who tried unsuccessfully to achieve apnea so I have come up with a trick that lets you feel the apnea. Once you get the feeling for it, try the exercises again, making sure to hold your breath out from your throat and not to hold any extra breath in your mouth and nasal passage. You'll achieve great stomach vacuums in no time, helping to reignite that antagonistic relationship between your diaphragm and your pelvic floor. Good luck!
