Hey, German buttercream is the variation that often leads people to say "I don't like buttercream." But in my opinion, that's completely unjustified, because German buttercream is one of the most delicious varieties when prepared correctly.
In addition, this variation is the easiest and most versatile among buttercreams to customize. Whether fruity with juice, spices, or flavors—you have free rein in choosing the flavor. Learn how and what else to look out for in this video.
