[RS] How to Perk Bossing Gear under 10M From Scratch

Camp Kree A'rra for Armadyl Warpriest drops which disassemble for 1 Armadyl component each. But without getting the first set from the original World Event, the drop rates are bad. Also, takes a long time.
Use Tectonic Mask until it's below 2%, then disassemble it for 5 Rumbling Components. 5 Rumbling is Equilibrium 2-3. But Precise is cheaper, and Equilibrium 2 is quite common from it. Also Rumbling comps require 95 Invention to use.
Camp the Abyss for 200+ of every component, then use 4 Direct + 1 Harnessed/Dragonfire/Undead/Fortunate to get Biting 2 without a negative perk. However Biting and Equilibrium doesn't work together, and Biting 2 is +2.5%, Equilibrium is +2.66% DPS increase. Without Aftershock 3, Equilibrium 2 is slightly better and a lot easier to get. You also free up an armour gizmo slot for utility perks, whereas there isn't much good Weapon only perks that's cheap to get.
Disassemble the hand cannons straight for 7 explosive components each. You can do that sure. With 4 Explosive + 1 Imbued/5 Magic parts Crackling 3 is common enough anyway.
Disassemble a level 9 Virtus Wand, for 16 Zaros Components. Use 3 Zamorak + 2 Zaros for a good chance at Impatient 3 Devoted 2. Or 5 Zaros for guaranteed Impatient 3. However Impatient 3 is common enough from 5 Zamorak anyway.
