There is angry reaction from other companies that worked on the Deepwater Horizon to BP's internal report assigning them some blame for the explosion and oil spill.
The Interior Department will hire more offshore drilling inspectors and beef up enforcement after a report was critical of the current inspection system.
Indiana and 11 other states want the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a lower court ruling that cleared the way for global warming lawsuits against coal-fired power plants and other carbon emitters.
