The White House is angering environmentalists by backing big utilities against climate lawsuits by states.- Engineers will remove the temporary cap on the Deepwater Horizon oil leak next week so they can remove the apparently failed blowout preventer.- The Deepwater Horizon oil spill commission is recommending that President Obama lift the deepwater drilling moratorium. Saying it's served it's purpose.- UNIPCC Chairman Rajendra Pachauri has been cleared of financial wrongdoing by an independent commission.
