Enjoy a low-impact cardio workout deigned for over 60's that you can do at-home with no equipment. Goes for just 25 minutes and Includes a full cool-down.

In this follow-along workout, we'll do a variety of great low-impact cardio exercises designed specifically for seniors.

They're easy on the joints, but still get the job done! You'll feel great after the end of this workout.

This workout requires no equipment and is perfect to do at home. You will need a chair for some of the stretches at the end of the session however.

Please make sure you clear your room of any trip hazards before beginning this cardio workout.
